Blue Education is a multinational education consultancy founded by graduates of the Universities of Oxford and Cambridge and headquartered in London, UK. We bring together 650+ mentors with undergraduate, master’s and doctoral backgrounds from Oxbridge, the Ivy League and other top global universities. Our academic coverage spans all disciplines across the UK’s G5 universities.
Blue offers full-pathway international education for students aged 11–25 — from applications to top UK independent schools, to Oxbridge (G5) integrated undergraduate–postgraduate planning, and all the way to overseas career coaching. In Southwest China, Blue Education partners with a number of outstanding international schools. In the 2025 cycle, 6 of the 11 Oxford and Cambridge offers awarded to students from Chengdu went to students we supported. The Shude International Department achieved “dual Oxbridge” offers for three consecutive years, leading the city. 01 Oxford and Cambridge: The Road to Top Admissions University
In the latest 2024/25 admissions cycle, Blue Education continued to deliver excellent results: an undergraduate Oxbridge offer rate of around 40% and an overall G5 offer rate of around 94%. In other words, 9 out of every 10 students who choose Blue receive offers from G5 universities.
At the undergraduate level, Blue offers comprehensive application packages for multiple destinations including Oxford/Cambridge, G5 universities, Hong Kong, Singapore, and the US. Our services span from school selection strategies and application material coordination to exam/interview preparation. We also provide supplementary services such as subject competition coaching and international curriculum tutoring (A-Level/IB/AP).

For younger learners, Blue Education provides integrated support for families applying to the UK’s top independent schools.
Blue Education has also developed its proprietary “Blue UK High School Rankings” data platform. Using a three-dimensional model of “exam results—teaching value-added—graduate destinations,” it integrates and generates comparable school rankings.
Using our proprietary “Oxbridge Success Index” to track schools’ true competitiveness, we avoid chasing short-term noise. Instead, we provide families with verifiable, reusable, and sustainable decision-making criteria for school selection and educational development.

At the master’s level, Blue continues to uphold the “one student, one plan” principle. Our timeline spans interest and profile mapping → materials and essays → test/interview training → submission and follow-through, complemented by detailed progress reports and in-depth 1:1 coaching to ensure coherent narratives, visible capabilities and demonstrable outcomes.
In recent years our students have received offers from Oxford, Cambridge, Imperial and other G5 universities; from leading business schools such as LBS and INSEAD; and from top US institutions including Harvard, UChicago, MIT and Penn.

As students advance into the later stages of your job search journey, Blue Education offers comprehensive training tailored for investment banking, consulting, quantitative roles, and industrial strategy positions. Our integrated program covers industry positioning, resume/cover letter (CV/CL) refinement, online application strategies, mock written/interview practice, case study simulations, real-world feedback, and pre-employment coaching. We empower students to stand out in highly competitive environments.
As a UK‑based organisation, we understand the linguistic, social and cultural nuances of the international workplace and offer targeted training in local communication and cultural adaptation. Our 650+ in‑work mentors from institutions such as Oxford, Cambridge and the Ivy League span finance, consulting, technology and other sectors, combining academic pedigree with practical expertise to deliver tailored, individualised career‑coaching programmes.
To date, multiple students have secured Spring Week opportunities at top investment banks and full‑time offers at firms such as Goldman Sachs, PwC and leading investment funds.
